Have you ever wondered about Fat Loss 4 Idiots? I dont even know if you have heard of this diet yet but it really is truly amazing! I have used this diet before when I had to los about 15 lbs in a hurry. I had to go to a wedding and really needed a quick fix.

This diet has said in many of thier ads that people can lose up to 11 lbs in 9 days. I fully believe this as it only took me only 17 days to lose 15 lbs. I wasnt even exercising either.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is a calorie shifting diet. You basically will have to choose from a list of foods that you like and then it will create the diet for you in the genrator.

Meal 2: Tuna Salad
Meal 3: Sandwich (any kind you want)
Meal 4: Scrambled Eggs Meal

Day 2

Meal 1: Banana Milk Shake
Meal 2: Chicken
Meal 3: Scrambled Eggs and Mixed Vegetables
Meal 4: Almonds or cottage cheese

Day 3
Meal 1: Chicken
Meal 2: Fruit Salad
Meal 3: Fish Filet
Meal 4: Cottage Cheese
